What is The Ark VIP Program?

Every customer who spends $500* or more at The Ark AND signs up to our Ark community with an email is an ‘Ark VIP’. All Ark VIPs receive a benefit of 5% off every purchase in store or online including accessories (excluding further discounted sale pieces and warehouse sale pieces). It’s our way of thanking our customers for supporting Ethically Accredited, Australian designed and made.

How do I use my Ark VIP benefit in store?

Once you become an Ark VIP our team will automatically apply the 5% off your purchase at the checkout at any of our boutiques.

How do I use my ARK VIP benefit online?

If you would like to use your 5% off benefit for online purchases at theark.com.au, it will automatically be applied at the online checkout. New customers who spend $500 or more and are signed up to our Ark community will be issued VIP status and their discount will be automatically applied on future purchases online.

Do I need to spend $500 in a single transaction to qualify to be an Ark VIP?

No. You become an ARK VIP when your total spend is $500 or more regardless of the number of transactions. You must also be subscribed to our mailing list, with either an email address, a mobile phone number, or street address.

Can I use my VIP benefit with other Ark benefits and warehouse sales?

Unfortunately, no. The Ark VIP benefit cannot be used in conjunction with any other Ark benefits program or further discounted sale pieces or promotions.

Can I use my VIP benefit to purchase Gift Vouchers?

Unfortunately, no. However, you can use your VIP Benefit when redeeming a Gift Voucher in one of our stores or online.

You don’t have my size online, what should I do?

If you can’t find your size online, please contact us and we will try to track one down for you. Contact us at hello@theark.com.au and we will do our very best to find your size.

How do I know if an item will fit me?

I’d like to exchange or refund my recent online purchase, what do I do?

We will happily exchange or refund your full price or promo items if requested within 30 days of dispatch, per our returns policy. No refunds given on discounted sale, exchange, or gift voucher only.

When will I receive my order?

Your order will be shipped from our Moorabbin Warehouse in Victoria within 2-4 business days. We strive to pack your orders as quickly as possible, but during busy periods and public holidays, it can take slightly longer. Once your parcel has been shipped you will receive a tracking number via email from Australia Post. Standard delivery times for Australia Post can vary depending on your location.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do. If your country is not listed here, please contact us via email at hello@theark.com.au and let us know which country you require shipping to.

Do I need to sign for my delivery?

Yes, signature is required upon delivery.  If no one is home, all parcels are marked “Authority to Leave Safe” and you will receive email notification from Australia Post if the parcel is left in a safe place at the nominated address.

How can I register / sign up?

Enter your email at the Subscribe box at the bottom of The Ark homepage. Enter your details and create a password. When completed, click on CREATE ACCOUNT. You will receive an email asking you to VALIDATE YOUR ACCOUNT. Click on the link and verify. Congratulations! You are now registered.

How can I change my password or personaldetails?

If you would like to update any of your personal details simply SIGN IN to your account.

Once logged in you can change any details by going into MY ACCOUNT. Making sure you save changes before logging out.

How secure is your website?

Your information is stored securely with Shopify Payments. Your credit card information is encrypted and kept secure.

Can I change/cancel my online order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to make any amendments to any online orders after your order is placed. Please ensure all details provided are full and correct at the time of order placement, prior to proceeding to the checkout.
