For every pack purchased, we will donate one reusable cloth mask to Impact for Women to support women experiencing domestic violence.

As these masks are not medical grade, they must not to be used as a substitute for following all current Australian government Covid19 guidelines and restrictions on:

Care: We recommend that you machine wash your mask using detergent up to 60 degrees. Do not tumble dry.

Due to the personal nature of the product, unfortunately returns and exchanges cannot be accepted.

      At The Ark we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If something isn't right, let us know. We can exchange for another size, colour or something completely different. We will happily refund your money provided items with the original receipt are returned within 14 days of purchase, items returned between 14-30 days will be issued with a credit note.
