Summer cocktail

Refresh yourself all summer long with this delicious cocktail created for The Ark by our friends at 2KW Bar and Restaurant in Adelaide

Ingredients (Serves 1)

45 ml Tanqueray Gin
15ml peach nectar
15ml pear nectar
20ml spiced honey and apple syrup
30ml egg whites
Bitters to garnish


Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker

Dry shake to emulsify egg whites

Add ice to shaker and shake again

Double strain into a martini glass

Add 3 drops of Peychaudes Bitters to garnish and drag a toothpick through to create a flick in drop
